My experience with Orange Health Labs has been great and very user friendly application they have and very easily we can book appointments. We booked an appointment with Mohammad Adam from Orange Labs and he was the one that arranged everything that we needed.

Perfect accuracy in timing for home collection, person was very polite, knowledgeable, had all the necessary equipment, and did the poke of needle with out even we feeling the pain.maintained the hygiene

Punctual. Technician is polite, courteous and efficient. Needle pricking is painless and results of the tests are given very fast. I am fully impressed. Me and 4 more family members have been availing Orange services for the past two years. Excellent service.

Giving 5 stars just for that customer care representative. I was super angry on the delay and he took complete responsibility. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. They provide a very good service. The individual that comes for taking the samples are very professional. The reports are also genuine. They provide great discounts also which u won't get in any other labs..

The executive assigned to me was Dhanraj. He was on time and in exact location. He was very professional and humble. He ensured that all the medical kits are new and even showed it to me before using. I would definitely recommend my family and friends for any future tests. Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification. I recommend their service for those who runs a busy life.
