My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. For the service delivered as published, it is a 5-star

Very professional services. On time arrival of eMedic to collect sample. Unlike other apps, He was well groomed and collected the samples very smoothly. Also the reports were shared within 6 hours. We could track the sample also online. I have used other apps earlier , but this was the best experience . Very happy with their services.

Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample. Technicians are very prompt. Wide variety of tests offered. Results are quick (e.g. FBT results in 6 hrs), with all reports available centrally in an app. And, the smart uniforms of their technicians, )who are also skilled and courteous) brings a degree of professionalism unlike other service providers.

My experience with Orange Health Labs has been great and very user friendly application they have and very easily we can book appointments. We booked an appointment with Mohammad Adam from Orange Labs and he was the one that arranged everything that we needed.

At 5pm, tried looking for a home blood test appointment and found one for 6pm. By 545pm, the person arrived. He was very professional, showed me sealed pack of needles and made sure I was comfortable through the process of the getting the blood sample. Highly recommended.

It was a good experience with orange.we have done number of times.but this is firsttime for our kid.she didn't have any discomfort or pain while collecting the blood .thanks to the person who came for collection
