    Orange Health currently offers three different shifts as per the convenience of the joiner.

    • ACC/e-Clinics (Collection centres at Doctor clinic)

    For the 'At-Home' collection role, you will be required to have.
    1. Smartphone for order processing
    2. Bike for transportation
    OHL can facilitate bike or phone rentals via third-party agencies.
    Our e-Medics are earning ₹40,000 per month on average. 15% of our fleet is earning more than ₹60,000 per month by doing more orders.
    ₹18,000+ fixed income based on the number of hours (active on scheduler) + ₹7,000 collection incentive (minimum business guarantee).
    We have attractive incentives that cover the fuel reimbursement against the distance travelled for.

    All positions are for the long term only unless specified for a temporary duration.
    We reward skills and consistency in our company. We provide career development and growth based on three ladders with differential payout.
    Phlebotomists (e-Medics) will have four week offs and two leaves per month. If anyone works for 25 days in a month, they are eligible for ₹2,500 as an attendance bonus.
    We issue the assets worth ₹15,000 to our phlebotomists (e-Medics) as an 'e-Medic Kit' and deduct the security deposit of ₹7,500 in three installments of ₹2,500. This amount will be paid back in full and final settlement.
    It will help phlebotomists (e-Medics) enhance their current phlebotomist skills, communication skills, and understanding of company SOPs and policies.
    Yes, we do have the role change offered internally. Our phlebotomists (e-Medics) can work as team leaders, trainers, and assistant managers.
    Our e-Medics have grown to take various roles in the organisation. For example, our training centres are headed by former e-Medics. We have team leaders, logistics managers, and dispatch executives from phlebotomy backgrounds.
