1. What is Full Body Checkup?

Do you often notice that you're tired, fall sick, and find it difficult to go through your daily routine? Occasionally, does your work life get the better of you, or does your health often take a back seat? Do you fail to make time for yourself or spend time with your loved ones?

While eating healthy, exercising, and leading a healthy lifestyle are essential to keep yourself healthy, a full body health checkup at periodic intervals can be critical. At Orange Health, we focus on the prevention and early detection of illnesses as well as deficiencies to help you thrive in your personal and professional life. For this, we offer a wide range of health checkup packages.

With a range of tests specifically designed to meet your needs, we offer suitable testing procedures with easy sample collection from your home, regardless of your age, current health status, or medical history.

2. What does the full body health checkup evaluate?

As a part of preventive health care, a full body check up package entails a complete medical check of the entire body. It helps determine the current status of your health, screens for early signs of several disorders, and detects any abnormalities. The tests range from a complete blood count to a liver function test, a diabetes profile, a Lipid profile, urine analysis, as well as vitamin and allergy screening.

3. What does the health checkup package include?

The basic tests conducted in a full body checkup include the following:

  • Complete Blood Count :  This test detects the count of each type of blood cell (red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets) along with the haemoglobin levels, among other parameters.

  • Complete Urine Analysis : This test determines the appearance of urine, the ketone, sugar, and protein content, the presence of crystals, etc.

  • Kidney Function Test (KFT) Test: The kidneys filter waste from the body; in a KFT, the levels of microalbumin, creatinine, and blood urea nitrogen are tested, along with the glomerular filtration rate. These indicate the filtration function of the kidneys.

  • Diabetes Profile (RBS) Test : This test measures the blood levels of glucose in a person at any time point in the day. This test is commonly used to check the sugar levels in a person with a predisposition to diabetes or with diabetes.

  • Liver Function Test (LFT) Test : This test measures the levels of liver enzymes such as SGOT or SGPT and proteins, which are most elevated in cases of liver damage.

  • Lipid Profile Test :  This test measures the concentration and type of fat. It measures the low-density lipoprotein (LDL), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), and triglyceride levels, which are indicators of the fat content in the blood.

  • Additional tests may include screening for vitamin deficiency and allergies.
