Well, Orange Health is doing the professional way to collect blood sample from home. They are punctual on time. And the delivery of the report is faster than what they committed. I would recommend OH for my friends.

Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.

My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. Punctual. Technician is polite, courteous and efficient. Needle pricking is painless and results of the tests are given very fast. I am fully impressed. Me and 4 more family members have been availing Orange services for the past two years. Excellent service.
