My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. Booked home collection. Person was on time to collect the sample, was well groomed and very polite while being thorough professional. Final report was received within few hours on WhatsAppand email. Periodic Updates received from lab was very helpful. Overall a very good experience

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Very nice experience. Sample collection was done at door steps at our own convenient time. Report was shared on time too. I would recommend to give it a try. It is also cheaper as compared to other labs.

Had an e-consultation at 8 pm, Doctor has prescribed few blood tests (incl Dengue). Orange Health Lab to the rescue. I found a 9:30 pm slot and surprisingly the phlebotomist reached much earlier at 8:45 pm, samples were collected & he left by 9, I got my CBC-Hemogram by 11:30 pm & Dengue report by 3 am. THEY ARE SO FAST & EFFICIENT. Also got a good discount on the otherwise expensive Dengue test. A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE DEPTH OF THE HEART 🙏 Their whatsapp support is also quick & responsive.

Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample. My interaction with Orange Health Labs has been excellent. Very quick procedure. The samples were collected at the appointed time (6 AM) by a very professional agent who dressed neatly and took all the necessary safety procedures. The results were sent by midday as promised.
