So when the captain came into collect the sample on the spot i booked a new test and cancellEd glucose test. In an hour i got a confirmation call for cancellation of the test and received the refund by evening. Good experience

My experience with orange labs was really smooth. Earlier I booked for night but then someone called and asked about when did I eat and since I had to be in fast for past 8 hrs before sample collection, we rescheduled it to next morning. The sample collector came in time and process was very smooth.
