Experience with orange health was satisfactory and hassle-free. First I had booked for fasting sugar test and glucose level. But I wanted HBA1c test also to be done. So when the captain came into collect the sample on the spot i booked a new test and cancellEd glucose test. In an hour i got a confirmation call for cancellation of the test and received the refund by evening. Good experience

My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. Had booked blood test for my family (family of three). The technician was on time and very organized. Their updates are regular, right from assigning the technician to providing the final report. Would definitely recommend Orange health labs' service for those who do not have the time to get to a health center and would like to get it done at their leisure, in a very safe, secure and hygiene setup (our homes) coupled with extremely professional service.
