The best experience I have had in the last two weeks with multiple tests booked for different family members. From the moment I contacted them till the receipt of the results and re-bookings for follow up tests, everything was fantastic. Pls note the sample taking covered early morning visit, for a patient aged 90+!! Initially I had made the big mistake of contacting another big-noise, big-ad spending Lab service provider based on a Google search of a particular test resulting in its top of page listing, and was utterly disgusted with that Labs' service. I would fully recommend Orange for anyone - possibly any test, any age patient. Thank you Orange Labs.

Timely service and timely reports (even we can get reports early if the reports are ready, in my case it happened. We can request for speeding up the process for the reports). Had an e-consultation at 8 pm, Doctor has prescribed few blood tests (incl Dengue). Orange Health Lab to the rescue. I found a 9:30 pm slot and surprisingly the phlebotomist reached much earlier at 8:45 pm, samples were collected & he left by 9, I got my CBC-Hemogram by 11:30 pm & Dengue report by 3 am. THEY ARE SO FAST & EFFICIENT. Also got a good discount on the otherwise expensive Dengue test. A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE DEPTH OF THE HEART 🙏 Their whatsapp support is also quick & responsive.

Very good experience with eMedic Golla Hareesh for collecting the sample from home. Reports were also shared within declared timelines by Orange and accepted by Doctors.

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster
