None of 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy or Max have the option of a complete allergy test (236 allergens) at Rs 5000. So this is a huge bonus for common people like me. The sample collection staff was so good at their job, I didn't even feel when the needle was inserted and when the test was done also. Good first experience availing the services. Easy to place a request for at home sample collection. In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain. He was courteous and quite skilled. The report came on time too. The status updates were easily available. Customer care was prompt and helpful. Excellent service one of the best lab in the world

I had to travel out of India, and needed my RTPCR to be done 24 hours prior to my travel. Orange Health Diagnostic helped me at a very critical time and gave me my RT PCR test in 3 hours once the sample was collected. Their website is very user friendly and one can track everything on it. They were really quick with their service and the sample collection happened following all protocols and happened very quickly. I registered at 9am and my sample was collected at 10.15am the same day. I recommend this lab to everyone! It was a wonderful experience
