It was a bit different and nice experience than the other lab people who come to home for collection. The staff was well groomed and dressed. Had a fresh N93 mask and removed shoes outside home. He didn't touch anything after entering and started wearing all his gears which I noticed was unpacked and fresh. Very neatly took swab, disposed the gears separately in his bag and left. Thorough professional. Also, got report within time. Quick and prompt service.

In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain.
