My interaction with Orange Health Labs has been excellent. Very quick procedure. The samples were collected at the appointed time (6 AM) by a very professional agent who dressed neatly and took all the necessary safety procedures. The results were sent by midday as promised. I want to thank the staff for their fantastic job.

Giving 5 stars just for that customer care representative. I was super angry on the delay and he took complete responsibility. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. This is my 2nd time. They are charging very reasonable price. Sample collection happened in time without any inconveniences and in very hygienic way. Got the final report before promised time. Reports were getting updated as soon as the tests were getting completed and I was getting updates over email and as well as whatsapp and finally the final report came. The reports look accurate. I had a very good experience again.
