Had booked blood test for my family (family of three). The technician was on time and very organized. Their updates are regular, right from assigning the technician to providing the final report. Would definitely recommend Orange health labs' service for those who do not have the time to get to a health center and would like to get it done at their leisure, in a very safe, secure and hygiene setup (our homes) coupled with extremely professional service.

Technicians are very prompt. Wide variety of tests offered. Results are quick (e.g. FBT results in 6 hrs), with all reports available centrally in an app. And, the smart uniforms of their technicians, )who are also skilled and courteous) brings a degree of professionalism unlike other service providers.

I like the Service from Orange Health Labs it's all because of the proffessional staff whom i experienced. Who collected my blood in a very proffessional way and with all care. Staff name Mr. Abdul Shafeeq... Really polite and Proffessional all went smooth with their service I would like to recommend this to everyone who's looking for blood report within sitting at home...

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Perfect accuracy in timing for home collection, person was very polite, knowledgeable, had all the necessary equipment, and did the poke of needle with out even we feeling the pain.maintained the hygiene
