Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.

Very Professional behaviour while taking blood samples . The result was on time without any delay . I would recommend and I will also use in future.

Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. Results are quick (e.g. FBT results in 6 hrs), with all reports available centrally in an app. And, the smart uniforms of their technicians, )who are also skilled and courteous) brings a degree of professionalism unlike other service providers.

My experience with Orange Health Labs has been very good so far. Seamless booking through their app. Home collection staff are very punctual. Reports are received on time. The rates are also very reasonable. Overall, this is a very convenient way to get your tests done sitting at home. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
