Had an e-consultation at 8 pm, Doctor has prescribed few blood tests (incl Dengue). Orange Health Lab to the rescue. I found a 9:30 pm slot and surprisingly the phlebotomist reached much earlier at 8:45 pm, samples were collected & he left by 9, I got my CBC-Hemogram by 11:30 pm & Dengue report by 3 am. Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. Technicians are very prompt. Wide variety of tests offered. Results are quick (e.g. FBT results in 6 hrs), with all reports available centrally in an app. And, the smart uniforms of their technicians, )who are also skilled and courteous) brings a degree of professionalism unlike other service providers.

My interaction with Orange Health Labs has been excellent. Very quick procedure. The samples were collected at the appointed time (6 AM) by a very professional agent who dressed neatly and took all the necessary safety procedures. The results were sent by midday as promised.
