Orange Health is building an on-demand healthcare service for Indian consumers, that is backed by high-quality investors like Y Combinator, and other marquee global investors.
The founders are Dhruv Gupta (Serial tech entrepreneur with 2 successful exits) & Tarun Bhambra (Experienced corporate leader and venture capital investor), have 15+ years of combined healthcare experience, and have built a profitable health-tech business, serving 100m+ users.
We have a team of experienced operations and product leaders, engineers, and medical professionals, who have built & scaled innovative platforms. The team hails from leading educational institutions like IIT-Kharagpur, University of Michigan, IIT-Roorkee, ISB, IIIT, etc, and with experience in high-quality companies like McKinsey, ITC, PwC, Matrix Partners, Wockhardt, etc
Our engineering team consists of experienced engineers and team leads who have built & scaled innovative platforms, at companies like Bounce, Practo, Blue Jeans, and others.
With our deep understanding of primary healthcare and its opportunities, we are building Orange Health to become the infrastructure of remote healthcare in India.

Since our launch, we already have premier clinics, doctors, and companies across Bangalore partnering with us.
And we are looking to build our Business Development team, and to start with, we want to bring on an experienced leader who has spent time in the diagnostics and healthcare sector, and will work closely with the Orange Health founders to grow the brand through healthcare B2B tie-ups.

We're looking for experienced business development leaders with strong sales skills to join us as we build the future of remote healthcare treatment in India.
We want to hire the world’s brightest minds and offer them an environment in which they can learn and build products that doctors and patients will use to make decisions for their health.
This role starts from building a local sales team to a regional to a national level team.
- Experience in building diagnostics business, through franchisees and doctors
- Strong experience and network with doctors.
- Comfortable working independently, or in a team
- Experience with building and leading a regional/national team
- Experience with acquisition and account management
- Prospecting and Lead generation
- Ready to travel as and when required
- 12+ years of experience
