Since our launch in Jan 2021, Orange Health has grown fast to become a cutting edge

Founded by Dhruv Gupta (consumer tech entrepreneur with 2 successful exits) & Tarun Bhambra (experienced corporate leader and VC investor) have 15+ years of combined healthcare experience and have together built a profitable health-tech business, serving 100m+ users.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Logistics Manager to overseeand optimize our organization's logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be astrategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain management and transportation processes. As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Your goal will be to enhance overall efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
As a Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth andefficient flow of goods through our supply chain. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with a passion for logistics, weencourage you to apply and join our dynamic team.

Our Logistics team is led by Hemanth Kumar S who has experience for around 11years in the industry and has worked with great giants like Mirable Health and Food Vista and consists of folks who have worked with companies like Swiggy, cure.fit and are always keen on delivering a great user experience.
What will you get to do?
Ensuring the sample collection and drop on time to hub by phlebo and return logistics.
Planning the zones as per the geographic.
Hiring and training the field team.
B2C Partner route planning arranging the sample collection on time.
Ensure materials are sent as per B2C and B2B partner requests.

Skills we are looking for
Proven experience of 3+ years as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role,with a track record of successful logistics operations management.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principlesand best practices.
Masters degree is preferred
Diagnostic Industry experience is a plus
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work under pressure tomeet tight deadlines.
Fleet management experience and good communication skills in Englishand regional language.
