With our deep understanding of primary healthcare and its opportunities, we are building Orange Health to become the infrastructure of remote healthcare in India, starting with making diagnostics on-demand. Since our launch in 2020, Orange Health has grown fast to become a diagnostics leader in Bangalore by delivering a strong product experience. Currently rated 4.9/5 by consumers across Bangalore, and adopted by hundreds of doctors. We are expanding into different markets in India. Currently we are available across Bangalore and NCR. We are also expanding into different metro cities within 24 months.

About the role

Marketing manager for Clinics will be solely responsible for developing Orange Health’s national marketing strategy on B2B2C business which reaches patients through Clinic Franchisees.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Driving growth in our Clinic Franchisees through marketing initiatives

  • Segmenting clinics, co-developing strategy to go deeper specialty wise

  • Designing and executing trade marketing at Franchisee locations

  • Developing content marketing engine to engage doctors and educate them

  • Increasing Franchise leads through Digital marketing and tele marketing

Key Metrics

Following metrics will be focus of this role:

  • Growth of average revenue per franchise over time

  • Retention of clinics over time

  • Lead funnel generated for sales team to acquire new franchise


  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing professional

  • Experience with trade and content marketing at Point of Sale

  • Experience in building sales strategy and pitch for field teams

Preferred if you have one/ more of the following:

  • Experience in Diagnostics industry

  • Experience in selling to doctors and Clinics

  • Experience in generating leads for sales team through online or tele - marketing
