With our deep understanding of primary healthcare and its opportunities, we are building Orange Health to become the infrastructure of remote healthcare in India, starting with making diagnostics on-demand. Since our launch in 2020, Orange Health has grown fast to become a diagnostics leader in Bangalore by delivering a strong product experience. Currently rated 4.9/5 by consumers across Bangalore, and adopted by hundreds of doctors. We are expanding into different markets in India. Currently we are available across Bangalore and NCR. We are also expanding into different metro cities within 24 months.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retention Marketing Manager who will be closely working with product and brand to create long-term value through consistent communications and lifecycle behavior optimization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for long-term retention strategies as well as identifying opportunities for re-engagement, churn prevention & upsell/cross-sells. You’ll be 100% focused on delivering meaningful experiences for our customers.



What You'll Do:

  • Complete ownership of retention marketing activities and product strategy for scaling up the revenue.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand and our customer to pinpoint the biggest marketing opportunities to drive customer engagement.

  • Responsible for increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by improving retention, loyalty, and advocacy.

  • Build deep understanding of our users and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of the customer lifecycle (activation, retention, cross sell, up-sell, churn management)

  • Own the entire retention and reactivation funnel by constantly tracking, optimizing, and improving the same with the combination of data, customer insights, and customer-centric thinking.

  • Focus over customers and deep dive into their engagement with the platform. Use this knowledge to build retention campaigns that convert potential lapsed & inactive users to engaged users.

  • Lead the reporting, monitoring, tracking for the different campaigns & also publish appropriate performance dashboards.

  • Own customer engagement metrics like DAU, CTRs, traffic from notification for the business.

  • Create customer journeys and automations on the tool and track the incremental revenue generated via journey.

  • Planning the go-to-market strategy and launch outlining how the product should be promoted.


Who You Are:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a retention role in a consumer facing B2C startup.

  • Good at analytics and enjoy driving insights out of data, comfortable working with common analytical tools.

  • Go-getter, someone who can seamlessly transition between high-level brainstorming and ground-level execution with a focus on getting things done.

  • Strong understanding of the creative process to drive user retention.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Should be able to take initiative and drive things independently
