Founded by Dhruv Gupta (consumer tech entrepreneur with 2 successful exits) & Tarun Bhambra (experienced corporate leader and VC investor) have 15+ years of combined healthcare experience and have together built a profitable health-tech business, serving 100m+ users.

About the role
As a Technical Support Engineer at Orange Health, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our product and development teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and you'll be an integral part of our
mission to revolutionise healthcare in India by providing exceptional customer
service.
Our next-generation diagnostics platform requires engineers who can operate in real-time with high frequency and low latency updates. We're looking for people who are excited about the prospect of working on a project that will have a real impact on people's lives, and who are committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of healthcare.

Our Engineering team is led by Rajendra Talekar who has built products/businesses from scratch and has worked with some of the best known names in the Indian startup ecosystem (Practo) and consists of folks who have worked with companies like Swiggy, cure.fit and are always keen on delivering a great user experience.
What will you get to do?
Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, security, and usability
Identifying and reporting defects and bugs, and working with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Utilising manual and automated testing tools and methodologies to optimise the testing process
Continuously improving the quality of software products by analysing metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Skills we are looking for
The candidate should have exposure to shell scripting and application support environment along with experience utilising productivity tools (Markdown, Excel) or the ability to learn them
Investigating, resolving, and providing root cause analysis on reported application issues
Using SQL scripts for creating queries and troubleshooting stored procedures
Using SQL profiler to identify the root cause
Additionally, familiarity with programming languages like C, C++, Java, etc., will be an added advantage
