With our deep understanding of primary healthcare and its opportunities, we are building Orange Health to become the infrastructure of remote healthcare in India, starting with making diagnostics on-demand. Since our launch in 2020, Orange Health has grown fast to become a diagnostics leader in Bangalore by delivering a strong product experience. Currently rated 4.9/5 by consumers across Bangalore, and adopted by hundreds of doctors. We are expanding into different markets in India. Currently we are available across Bangalore and NCR. We are also expanding into different metro cities within 24 months.

About the role
The training manager for Orange Health is the custodian of culture, values, and processes in Orange Health operations. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training modules across verticals to enable employees to understand our ethos and processes uniformly.
The role will be responsible for:
Identifying key modules to be developed across verticals
Developing modules by self and along with experienced managers
Implementation of modules through an L&D software
Tracking employees’ progress on completion of training modules
Testing and evaluating employees on their knowledge
Identifying and implementing retraining where gaps are identified
Following metrics will be the focus of this role:
# of training modules created in a given period
%age completion of training modules required for employees within defined timeframe
Overall scoring on values and culture periodic tests in the company
Exceptional reading and written communication skills
Graduate with experience in training or HR management
5+ years of work experience
Preferred if you have one/ more of the following:
Postgraduate degree/ diploma in HR management
Experienced in training teams or L&D teams
