What is CA 19.9 (Pancreatic Cancer Marker) test?
Cancer antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9) is a protein that exists on the surface of certain cancer cells. CA 19.9 is useful to monitor the response to treatment and if elevated suggests recurrence in patients with pancreatic cancer. Healthy people can have small amounts of CA 19-9 in their blood. High levels of CA 19-9 are often a sign of pancreatic cancer. However, high levels can indicate other types of cancer or certain noncancerous disorders, including cirrhosis and gallstones.
Why get the CA 19.9 (Pancreatic Cancer Marker) test?
You may need a CA 19-9 blood test if you have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer or another type of cancer related to high levels of CA 19-9. These cancers include bile duct cancer, colon cancer, and stomach cancer.

What our customers say about us
I normally have an issue with my veins as they are very thin but the technician was experienced and the sample came out in one shot at the first attempt, which really reassured me.
The pickup was done extremely nicely. Got a message when the person started , no calls for directions and most of all extremely polite representative.
Got my one year old tested. Very professional and safe. Using sealed sample kits with needles, tubes and gloves pre-packed.
