Had a great experience. The professional who came to talk the blood was very quick and the process was barely painful. Results could have come a lil quicker. Mine took almost 10 hours. But apart from that, had a pretty positive experience.

Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification. My interaction with Orange Health Labs has been excellent. Very quick procedure. The samples were collected at the appointed time (6 AM) by a very professional agent who dressed neatly and took all the necessary safety procedures. The results were sent by midday as promised.
