My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. For the service delivered as published, it is a 5-star

It was very convenient as the slot was available after 7 pm and the updates given on the processing of the tests taken. The reports were quick as promised Hope the same service continues

Had a great experience. The professional who came to talk the blood was very quick and the process was barely painful. Results could have come a lil quicker. Mine took almost 10 hours. But apart from that, had a pretty positive experience.

It was a good experience with orange.we have done number of times.but this is firsttime for our kid.she didn't have any discomfort or pain while collecting the blood .thanks to the person who came for collection

Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.

Experience with orange health was satisfactory and hassle-free. First I had booked for fasting sugar test and glucose level. But I wanted HBA1c test also to be done. So when the captain came into collect the sample on the spot i booked a new test and cancellEd glucose test. At 5pm, tried looking for a home blood test appointment and found one for 6pm. By 545pm, the person arrived. He was very professional, showed me sealed pack of needles and made sure I was comfortable through the process of the getting the blood sample. Highly recommended.
