It was a good experience with orange.we have done number of times.but this is firsttime for our kid.she didn't have any discomfort or pain while collecting the blood .thanks to the person who came for collection

I have a good experience with orange health labs. The samples gets collected and the reports are always sent on time. I am happy with the services provided and hope they continue the same future.

My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. For the service delivered as published, it is a 5-star

It was very convenient as the slot was available after 7 pm and the updates given on the processing of the tests taken. The reports were quick as promised Hope the same service continues

Very satisfactory service. Especially Karthik is well experienced in taking blood samples. And reports are delivered very fast. Overall I am happy to use Orange Health Labs and I recommend everyone to use their services.

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Giving 5 stars just for that customer care representative. I was super angry on the delay and he took complete responsibility. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. Orange Labs. this 5 stars is just for the way he handled the things and took responsibility. Delayed reports. No one took responsibility except one person. Thanks to him.

Timely service and timely reports (even we can get reports early if the reports are ready, in my case it happened. We can request for speeding up the process for the reports). Queries instantly resolved in whatsapp chat through their agents. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for blood tests in home.
