Booked home collection. Person was on time to collect the sample, was well groomed and very polite while being thorough professional. Final report was received within few hours on WhatsAppand email. Periodic Updates received from lab was very helpful. Overall a very good experience

He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. This is my 2nd time. They are charging very reasonable price. Sample collection happened in time without any inconveniences and in very hygienic way. Got the final report before promised time. Reports were getting updated as soon as the tests were getting completed and I was getting updates over email and as well as whatsapp and finally the final report came. The reports look accurate. I had a very good experience again.
