    A Prostate-Specific Antigen Test also known as PSA Test measures the levels of prostate-specific antigen (PSA), a protein produced by the prostate gland. The prostate is a small gland located below the bladder responsible for producing seminal fluid. Only minimal amounts of PSA enter the bloodstream unless there is an issue with the prostate gland. Elevated PSA levels in the blood can indicate prostate issues, including prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or inflammation (prostatitis). Hence, a PSA test is used to screen people for prostate cancer or monitor those diagnosed with it. While increased PSA levels may indicate cancer, other factors like prostate size, age, or medical conditions can also influence levels.     • Avoid vigorous exercise (especially bicycling) for 48 hours, as it can elevate PSA levels.

    • Refrain from sexual activity, (including masturbation) for 48 hours, as ejaculation can raise PSA levels.

    • Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster
