Very professional services. On time arrival of eMedic to collect sample. Unlike other apps, He was well groomed and collected the samples very smoothly. Also the reports were shared within 6 hours. We could track the sample also online. I have used other apps earlier , but this was the best experience . Very happy with their services.

The best experience I have had in the last two weeks with multiple tests booked for different family members. From the moment I contacted them till the receipt of the results and re-bookings for follow up tests, everything was fantastic. Pls note the sample taking covered early morning visit, for a patient aged 90+!! Initially I had made the big mistake of contacting another big-noise, big-ad spending Lab service provider based on a Google search of a particular test resulting in its top of page listing, and was utterly disgusted with that Labs' service. I would fully recommend Orange for anyone - possibly any test, any age patient. Thank you Orange Labs.

Very good service.I have availed their services multiple times and have recommended to my family members as well. Punctuality, reasonable pricing, early delivery of reports and reliable data (compared the data with other centres) are the features that I like the most. No complaints.

Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.

The executive assigned to me was Dhanraj. He was on time and in exact location. He was very professional and humble. Experience with orange health was satisfactory and hassle-free. First I had booked for fasting sugar test and glucose level. But I wanted HBA1c test also to be done. So when the captain came into collect the sample on the spot i booked a new test and cancellEd glucose test.
