It was a good experience with orange.we have done number of times.but this is firsttime for our kid.she didn't have any discomfort or pain while collecting the blood .thanks to the person who came for collection

Very good experience with eMedic Golla Hareesh for collecting the sample from home. Reports were also shared within declared timelines by Orange and accepted by Doctors.

The orange lab and their team is amazing in giving constant results and positive support . They helped me in crunch time which was highly appreciated and showed their professionalism . The best experience I have had in the last two weeks with multiple tests booked for different family members. From the moment I contacted them till the receipt of the results and re-bookings for follow up tests, everything was fantastic. Pls note the sample taking covered early morning visit, for a patient aged 90+!! Initially I had made the big mistake of contacting another big-noise, big-ad spending Lab service provider based on a Google search of a particular test resulting in its top of page listing, and was utterly disgusted with that Labs' service. I would fully recommend Orange for anyone - possibly any test, any age patient. Thank you Orange Labs.

This is my 2nd time. They are charging very reasonable price. Sample collection happened in time without any inconveniences and in very hygienic way. Got the final report before promised time. Reports were getting updated as soon as the tests were getting completed and I was getting updates over email and as well as whatsapp and finally the final report came. The reports look accurate. I had a very good experience again.

Giving 5 stars just for that customer care representative. I was super angry on the delay and he took complete responsibility. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him.
