The best experience I have had in the last two weeks with multiple tests booked for different family members. From the moment I contacted them till the receipt of the results and re-bookings for follow up tests, everything was fantastic. Pls note the sample taking covered early morning visit, for a patient aged 90+!! Initially I had made the big mistake of contacting another big-noise, big-ad spending Lab service provider based on a Google search of a particular test resulting in its top of page listing, and was utterly disgusted with that Labs' service. I would fully recommend Orange for anyone - possibly any test, any age patient. Thank you Orange Labs.

Booked home collection. Person was on time to collect the sample, was well groomed and very polite while being thorough professional. Final report was received within few hours on WhatsAppand email. Periodic Updates received from lab was very helpful. Overall a very good experience

Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. At 5pm, tried looking for a home blood test appointment and found one for 6pm. By 545pm, the person arrived. He was very professional, showed me sealed pack of needles and made sure I was comfortable through the process of the getting the blood sample. Highly recommended.
