Orange Health team collected the sample on scheduled time, and received updates at every stage and very cost effective compare to other labs/Hospital. Highly recommend this lab to everyone

Giving 5 stars just for that customer care representative. I was super angry on the delay and he took complete responsibility. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. Orange Labs. this 5 stars is just for the way he handled the things and took responsibility. Delayed reports. No one took responsibility except one person. Thanks to him.

Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. For the service delivered as published, it is a 5-star

Had a great experience. The professional who came to talk the blood was very quick and the process was barely painful. Results could have come a lil quicker. Mine took almost 10 hours. But apart from that, had a pretty positive experience.

Very good experience with eMedic Golla Hareesh for collecting the sample from home. Reports were also shared within declared timelines by Orange and accepted by Doctors.

Very professional services. On time arrival of eMedic to collect sample. Unlike other apps, He was well groomed and collected the samples very smoothly. Also the reports were shared within 6 hours. We could track the sample also online. I have used other apps earlier , but this was the best experience . Very happy with their services.

This is my 2nd time. They are charging very reasonable price. Sample collection happened in time without any inconveniences and in very hygienic way. Got the final report before promised time. Reports were getting updated as soon as the tests were getting completed and I was getting updates over email and as well as whatsapp and finally the final report came. The reports look accurate.
