Booked home collection. Person was on time to collect the sample, was well groomed and very polite while being thorough professional. Final report was received within few hours on WhatsAppand email. Periodic Updates received from lab was very helpful. Overall a very good experience

Giving 5 stars just for that customer care representative. I was super angry on the delay and he took complete responsibility. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification. My experience with orange labs was really smooth. Earlier I booked for night but then someone called and asked about when did I eat and since I had to be in fast for past 8 hrs before sample collection, we rescheduled it to next morning. The sample collector came in time and process was very smooth.
