My experience with orange labs was really smooth. Earlier I booked for night but then someone called and asked about when did I eat and since I had to be in fast for past 8 hrs before sample collection, we rescheduled it to next morning. The sample collector came in time and process was very smooth.

Very professional services. On time arrival of eMedic to collect sample. Unlike other apps, He was well groomed and collected the samples very smoothly. Also the reports were shared within 6 hours. Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Orange Health team collected the sample on scheduled time, and received updates at every stage and very cost effective compare to other labs/Hospital. Highly recommend this lab to everyone
