Good, on time person comes for sample collection, 15 mins before coming home gives call, highly professional and skill person to collect sample

Timely service and timely reports (even we can get reports early if the reports are ready, in my case it happened. We can request for speeding up the process for the reports). Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.

Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification.
