Punctual. Technician is polite, courteous and efficient. Needle pricking is painless and results of the tests are given very fast. I am fully impressed. Me and 4 more family members have been availing Orange services for the past two years. Excellent service.

The best experience I have had in the last two weeks with multiple tests booked for different family members. From the moment I contacted them till the receipt of the results and re-bookings for follow up tests, everything was fantastic. Pls note the sample taking covered early morning visit, for a patient aged 90+!! Initially I had made the big mistake of contacting another big-noise, big-ad spending Lab service provider based on a Google search of a particular test resulting in its top of page listing, and was utterly disgusted with that Labs' service. I would fully recommend Orange for anyone - possibly any test, any age patient. Thank you Orange Labs.

Had an e-consultation at 8 pm, Doctor has prescribed few blood tests (incl Dengue). Orange Health Lab to the rescue. I found a 9:30 pm slot and surprisingly the phlebotomist reached much earlier at 8:45 pm, samples were collected & he left by 9, I got my CBC-Hemogram by 11:30 pm & Dengue report by 3 am. THEY ARE SO FAST & EFFICIENT. Also got a good discount on the otherwise expensive Dengue test. A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE DEPTH OF THE HEART 🙏 Their whatsapp support is also quick & responsive.

Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample. Continue to maintain these standards and pretty soon this will be the only way people get their reports henceforth 👍🏻

This is my 2nd time. They are charging very reasonable price. Sample collection happened in time without any inconveniences and in very hygienic way. Got the final report before promised time. Reports were getting updated as soon as the tests were getting completed and I was getting updates over email and as well as whatsapp and finally the final report came. The reports look accurate. I had a very good experience again.

Giving 5 stars just for that customer care representative. I was super angry on the delay and he took complete responsibility. He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him.
