My experience with Orange Health Diagnostic Lab was really good. The person who came to collect sample, Mr. Neeraj Kanhaiya, was extremely polite and professional. He was right on time and was very careful while collecting samples. Really great service by him. Also, the reports were delivered really fast, i got my first report within 2 hours and all others within 4 hours of the test. I didn't expect to receive them this fast. Really good service. 5/5.

Good service .Instant visits. Only thing is the TAT(time) for some test is like too high, e.g CBC by other labs comes in 2 hrs whereas here with orange lab it is set for 6 hrs. An achievable & relaistic value here would be TAT max 4 hrs from time of collection of sample for the result of CBC to arrive. They should revise their TAT accordingly on app and website.

At the last moment I got to know that my uncle travelling to Europe required negative covid test. So we booked a 2:15PM slot and requested our reports on priority. Which they delivered by 9PM, less 7 hours which helped him board his night flight with no hassle. Amazing amazing delivery timeline!
