The sample collection staff was so good at their job, I didn't even feel when the needle was inserted and when the test was done also. Had an amazing experience. Got some prescribed blood tests conducted (OGTT, CBC, LFT etc) The test rep was punctual, professional and organized. In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain.
