Had an amazing experience. Got some prescribed blood tests conducted (OGTT, CBC, LFT etc) The test rep was punctual, professional and organized. But the best part was that we received the report in a couple of hours. Have never seen such quick TAT. Also, the app has a good UI, which is intuitive and easy to use.

Great service, got the sample collected within 40 minutes, the collection agent was professional and wearing a proper kit. Also got the report within 6 hours even though they had promised for 9-12 hours

Orange health has a very easy and transparent collection booking appointment process, but more than that their punctuality towards the collection of samples is awesome. The booking was quick. The reports came in record time. The executive who came for sample collection was polite. I messed up with the urine sample, but he was accommodative and was able to resolve the problem. The whole process was hassle free and quick. No reason to delay regular health check ups now.

Good first experience availing the services. Easy to place a request for at home sample collection. In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain. He was courteous and quite skilled. The report came on time too. The status updates were easily available. Customer care was prompt and helpful. Based on my first experience, I recommend Orange Health.

It was a bit different and nice experience than the other lab people who come to home for collection. The staff was well groomed and dressed. Had a fresh N93 mask and removed shoes outside home. He didn't touch anything after entering and started wearing all his gears which I noticed was unpacked and fresh. Very neatly took swab, disposed the gears separately in his bag and left. Thorough professional. Also, got report within time. Quick and prompt service.
