Orange Health Diagnostic helped me at a very critical time and gave me my RT PCR test in 3 hours once the sample was collected. Their website is very user friendly and one can track everything on it. They were really quick with their service and the sample collection happened following all protocols and happened very quickly. It was a bit different and nice experience than the other lab people who come to home for collection. The staff was well groomed and dressed. Had a fresh N93 mask and removed shoes outside home. He didn't touch anything after entering and started wearing all his gears which I noticed was unpacked and fresh. Very neatly took swab, disposed the gears separately in his bag and left. Thorough professional. Also, got report within time. Quick and prompt service.
