Best timings like on time sample collection and even the reports come on time as promised. Easy to go for and even has good staff with proper sanitization and unfirom.

It was a bit different and nice experience than the other lab people who come to home for collection. The staff was well groomed and dressed. Had a fresh N93 mask and removed shoes outside home. He didn't touch anything after entering and started wearing all his gears which I noticed was unpacked and fresh. Very neatly took swab, disposed the gears separately in his bag and left. Thorough professional. Also, got report within time. Quick and prompt service.

Quick response from their call centre, doubt clearing, the calls for fixing time and date, followed by arrival of competent technician well in time, collection with proper hygiene, reaching lab in time, and results in few hours!
