Very professional and courteous service. They called half an hour before the scheduled visit to confirm that the collection staff is on way. The staff was punctual and wearing all PPE's. Very polite person and took swab expertly. He explained everything and the report was delivered in time. Am pretty impressed with the quality of services.

Had a good experience with the phlebotomist and the reports were also recd within time
