The executive was very helpful, clear and he surely did know how to talk a patient or person in need , i did feel a sense of caring nature and he sorted it out quickly, arranged the sample collection in the next hour.. Even the lab technician (sample collector) was punctual and He took proper safety measures. And yes!!
