On time ( within 60 minutes of ordering ) service , live tracking of everything just like swiggy , zomoto from order placement , assingnment of phlebotomists, their travel to home , delivery of samples to home and online delivery of the reports. The process was very hygeinic right from wearing mask, gloves, opening seals of syringes etc. The reports were sent to email within 5 hours.
