Experience was really good. Very professional behaviour and prompt service. But Billing was a concern. Though the location is next to their sample collection point, they charged extra amount based on location. Please think about it. Overall good; will recommend. Thanks

Good..on time..reports well before time Suggestion hard copy to the customer to be sent

It was great experience and quality of time saving , Reports accuracy have to check, Suggestion: if you send reports through courier it will help with extra cost , people who needs hard copies

I have some issue of exaggerated demand of payment which was solved by the Orange Health Labs senior personnel on my request. I want to thanks him for solving the issue.

The total service is Excellent and delivered the RTPCR before the deadline. The sample collection person takes all the safety precautions before collecting the sample. Highly trained people are attending whattsapp customer queries and they managed my case very well.
