I recently had the pleasure of using the lab services provided by Orange Health Labs , and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The facilities themselves were immaculate, and the equipment appeared to be state-of-the-art. I felt confident that I was in good hands and that the results of my lab work would be accurate and reliable. When the results came back, I was thrilled to see that they were delivered in a timely manner and were presented in a clear, easy-to-understand format. Had a very nice experience special mention to the sales representative Gulshan for guiding through the packages and suggesting the best one and the phlebo Rohan also punctual and best hands in the practice. All in all awesome team doing great work!

Orange representative Afraz Poonawala did an excellent job. He arrived on time and even called me prior to coming to check in on my availability. He spoke kindly and was well dressed in his uniform. He also drew bloody with ease and allowed me to have a painless procedure. He was conversational and answered all my queries. He very evidently left a very positive impression about Orange Health.

Prompt service and fast reports. Only thing is they need to be more competitive with their peers in terms of price.

Great service. Profession staff. Well trained. Timely report. Cheaper by 30% - 50% compared to other Labs. Updated to 5* now as my previous review was of 4* only for the reason I had to ask for report in PDF format. Glad to say Orange Labs was quick to respond and now the default reports are in PDF format.
