The facilities themselves were immaculate, and the equipment appeared to be state-of-the-art. I felt confident that I was in good hands and that the results of my lab work would be accurate and reliable. When the results came back, I was thrilled to see that they were delivered in a timely manner and were presented in a clear, easy-to-understand format. Orange representative Afraz Poonawala did an excellent job. He arrived on time and even called me prior to coming to check in on my availability. He spoke kindly and was well dressed in his uniform. He also drew bloody with ease and allowed me to have a painless procedure. He was conversational and answered all my queries. He very evidently left a very positive impression about Orange Health.

The executives are well equipped and all hygiene standards maintained. Medical Technician Mr. Adarsh Yadav was super quick with collection of samples and very humble too.
