It was a very nice experience the guy who took my test was on time he made me comfortable during the test I m new here in Mumbai so it was a good experience to get the service at my home instead of searching everywhere.

Orange representative Afraz Poonawala did an excellent job. He arrived on time and even called me prior to coming to check in on my availability. He spoke kindly and was well dressed in his uniform. Great service. Profession staff. Well trained. Timely report. Cheaper by 30% - 50% compared to other Labs. Updated to 5* now as my previous review was of 4* only for the reason I had to ask for report in PDF format. Glad to say Orange Labs was quick to respond and now the default reports are in PDF format.
