My wife availed the service for the first time today. The designated lab assigned for the sample collection at home was 'Orange Health Labs'. The technician name was 'Mr. Afraz Poonawala'. Mr. Afraz was courteous and went about his duty diligently. He was patient enough to wait for 10-15 minutes as my wife was running late as she had to run some urgent errands at home. Great service. Profession staff. Well trained. Timely report. Cheaper by 30% - 50% compared to other Labs. Updated to 5* now as my previous review was of 4* only for the reason I had to ask for report in PDF format. Glad to say Orange Labs was quick to respond and now the default reports are in PDF format.
