I had requested around 12pm to collect my sample for checking Covid-19, the slot was available between 5-6pm. The lady executive called me up and took some details, was very polite and professional. The exexutive came in just 01 hour which was very fast. He was very humble and polite. He explained me everything very professionaly and helped me in checking my last dose date in Cowin site. So, overall I had a very good experience. Full marks to Team Orange. Regards

I had taken the test facility first time from the Orange health labs, the eMedic (person that come home to collect the sample) was very humble, polite and professionally trained.
