I had requested around 12pm to collect my sample for checking Covid-19, the slot was available between 5-6pm. The lady executive called me up and took some details, was very polite and professional. The exexutive came in just 01 hour which was very fast. He was very humble and polite. He explained me everything very professionaly and helped me in checking my last dose date in Cowin site. So, overall I had a very good experience. Full marks to Team Orange. Regards

With any lab it easily takes more than half a day to book an appointment. I booked at 7:30 am for an 8:15 am slot and the person was right on time. The results were out by mid day. The Orange Health app is super user friendly and I have already recommended them to all my friends...
